At the beginning of the academic year, Welcome Centre UJK was established at Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce as a unit created to support international students and staff during their stay and daily functioning at the University and in the city of Kielce.
The Welcome Centre provides assistance with administrative matters, including residence-related documents, accommodation and transport arrangements, as well as support with adaptation to academic life and everyday living in Poland. It serves as the first point of contact for the international community at UJK, offering information and organizational support.
Due to the nature of the Welcome Centre team’s work, which often involves duties outside the office, all visits must be scheduled in advance. This ensures staff availability and allows for an individual approach to each case.
