She completed the prestigious PhD in Nursing Science program at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV), gaining unique expertise in international research and comparative studies in medical education systems.

Her most significant accomplishments include:

  • developing and implementing the innovative mobile application TOM (Transcultural Online Mentor) to support the development of cultural competencies among nursing students in academic settings,
  • conducting research on the effectiveness of OSCE in building clinical and communication skills in medical students,
  • designing tools for assessing learning outcomes using mentoring and peer learning methods,
  • collaborating on educational and research projects with institutions from the USA, Mexico, Poland, and Western Europe.

In her work, Dr. Kordyzon combines a scientific approach with the practical implementation of solutions in academic environments. Her efforts focus on fostering cultural sensitivity among future healthcare professionals and designing effective teaching strategies based on engagement, simulation, and dialogue.
